Terms and Conditions

1. Maximum Seating Capacity
   In the event the shuttle reaches full capacity during pick-up, guests may be required to wait for the next scheduled shuttle or arrange their own transportation.
2. Pick-up Point
   Pick-up is strictly limited to the designated location. Guests are kindly requested to gather at the lobby area promptly.
3. Shuttle Service outside Standard Pick-up Time
   Requests for shuttle service outside the scheduled time will be accommodated at a special rate of PHP 1,000 per trip.
4. Standard Pick-up Time
   All scheduled pick-up times will be strictly followed to maintain an efficient service for all guests.
5. Additional Shuttle Requirements
   If more than 10 guests request the complimentary shuttle service, others may need to wait for the next scheduled trip or for an additional vehicle, subject to availability.
6. Late Arrivals for Pick-up (Beyond Standard Time)
   Passengers who arrive after the standard pick-up time will not be accommodated to avoid delays in service.
7. Personal Belongings
   Guests are reminded to check their personal belongings before exiting the shuttle. The resort is not responsible for any lost items.
8. Return Trip Reminders
   To ensure an orderly return trip, please take note of the following:
   • Be present at the designated pick-up point ahead of the scheduled time.
   • The shuttle can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled time.
   • Drop-offs are limited to official drop-off points only; special drop-off requests cannot be accommodated.
