Terms and Conditions:

Seating Capacity: First come, first serve. If full, wait for next trip or explore alternatives.

(maximum of 10 persons per trip)

Pick-up Point: Zuri Resort lobby (pick-up only).

No Pre-Booking: Shuttle operates on first come, first serve basis.

Outside Standard Time: PHP 1,000 fee for non-scheduled trips.

Additional Trips: If >10 persons, wait for next trip or additional shuttle (if available).

Latecomers: Not accommodated to ensure efficient service.

Belongings: Check belongings before exiting shuttle. Resort not liable for losses.

 

Return Journey:

Arrive 5-10 minutes before pick-up time. – Be ready for pick-up within standard time frame

(5-minute wait only). – Designated drop-off points only. By using our shuttle, you acknowledge these terms. Arrive at the designated pick-up area/location before the scheduled pick-up time.

We kindly request that you are ready for pick-up within the standard time frame, as we are not permitted to wait for more than 5 minutes.

Please be informed that free shuttle service of the hotel is point to point only.
