Terms and Conditions:

1. Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

2. Non-Refundable but Re-bookable and Transferrable: The deposit is strictly non-refundable; however, it can be re-booked or transferred to another person with a notarized authorization letter.

3. Rebooking Arrangement: Rebooking is subject to room availability and any applicable price differences.

4. Discount and Promotion: This offer cannot be combined with any other existing discounts or promotions during the same period.
